Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your tour with Victoria Tour India. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are effective from December 1, 2019, covering tours organized by Victoria Tour India. We operate various domestic and international tour packages through our travel services. Tours are organized with independent contractors providing hotels, transport, airlines, restaurants, and sightseeing services.

Registration amount is non-refundable and interest-free. A minimum of 20 guests is required for a tour to proceed (must be booked 30+ days before departure). Special services are not provided in group tours. Disabled travelers and senior citizens must be accompanied by qualified companions at their own cost.
Registration amount is due at the time of booking. Full tour cost is due 45 days before departure. An annual interest of 18% will be charged on delayed payments. Foreign currency payments must be completed before visa processing. All applicable taxes are excluded from quoted prices. Airport taxes, fuel surcharges, visa fee increases, and other government charges shall be borne by guests. Service charges may apply for online or credit card payments. A penalty of INR 300 will be charged for dishonored cheques.
Passport must be valid for 180–365 days from the date of tour completion with sufficient blank pages. Loss of passport during the tour is the sole responsibility of the guest. Children below 18 years may require a No Objection Certificate (NOC), custody certificate, or adoption certificate where applicable. The company only facilitates visa documentation and submission. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. No refund will be provided if a visa is denied or delayed. Valid photo identification is mandatory for all domestic travel.
Seat allocation is based on the booking date. The front four seats may be reserved for tour leaders or priority bookings (additional charges may apply). Smoking, alcohol consumption, and eating inside vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for their personal baggage. Victoria Tour India is not responsible for airline overbooking, baggage loss, delays, cancellations, or seating allocation. Victoria Tour India reserves the right to modify itineraries due to force majeure or unavoidable circumstances. Any additional expenses resulting from such changes shall be borne by the guest. Refunds, where applicable, are limited to specific unused services and do not include general compensation. Tours may be merged if the minimum number of participants is not achieved. Deviations may be permitted at the company's discretion upon advance payment. Tour departures are generally confirmed one month prior to departure.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing along with booking details and payment receipts. Cancellation charges will apply depending on the number of days remaining before departure. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days in Indian Rupees only and without interest. Victoria Tour India reserves the right to cancel any tour with at least 15 days' notice without assigning any reason. Visa rejection shall be treated as cancellation unless reapplication is notified within 24 hours. No refund shall be payable in case of force majeure events. A 100% cancellation charge applies for no-shows on the first day of the tour.
Travel insurance is not included unless mandatory for the destination. Guests are strongly advised to obtain adequate overseas travel insurance. Insurance is mandatory for many destinations including most European countries, Egypt, and Dubai. Victoria Tour India may facilitate insurance coverage for travelers up to 59 years of age, while additional charges may apply for senior travelers. The company is not responsible for insurance claim settlements. Insurance providers generally do not cover baggage loss.
Guests confirm that they are medically fit to undertake the tour. Victoria Tour India reserves the right to request a medical fitness certificate where necessary. Guests are solely responsible for any medical emergencies and related expenses during the tour. Travelers suffering from any illness at the time of booking must provide a Medical Doctor's fitness certificate. In the unfortunate event of death during the tour, all formalities including certificates, post-mortem procedures, transportation of remains, and related expenses shall be the responsibility of accompanying relatives or companions.
Victoria Tour India reserves the right to refuse admission, amend, alter, postpone, or withdraw tours, revise discounts, use guest photographs for promotional purposes, and terminate bookings for non-compliance with these Terms. The company shall not be liable for acts or omissions of independent contractors, flight or train delays, force majeure events, baggage loss by third parties, personal injury, missed sightseeing, or any loss exceeding the total tour amount paid by the guest.
Guests are responsible for reading, understanding, and accepting these Terms before booking. Travelers must carry all required travel documents and valid identification throughout the journey. Guests should regularly check emails and SMS messages for tour updates. They must arrive at airports at least 3–4 hours before departure, comply with local laws, hotel regulations, and coach policies, safeguard their personal belongings, and pay directly for porterage, optional hotel facilities, gratuities, and other personal expenses. Guests are not permitted to invite outside visitors to join the tour without prior approval from Victoria Tour India.
